Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped out in 8 - 10 business days. Please note, this does not include shipping time.

Business days include: Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays

All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS and/or DHL. Shipping rates are determined by package weight, size and carrier rates.

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to wrong address given at check out. There will be no shipping refund fi packages are returned to sender (me) due to incorrect shipping information. If customer requests reship, customer is responsible for the cost of the reship.

We are not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. Every order is packaged with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, please contact me within 5 days at EmandJayStore@gmail.com with a photo and the order number.
